Hello everyone! I can’t believe it is June already! That means one thing: it’s monthly favourites time! I’m sharing some of my favourite things from the last month, from entertainment, clothing, beauty and more! Let’s get started:
Entertainment
The Hills- May 31st marked the 10 year anniversary of this reality show, and it made me a little nostalgic. So what did I do? Had a marathon for the 1st season. And it was awesome. I’ve already said that I’m a huge Lauren Conrad fan, but it was fun going back and watching her again. She was smart for a 19 year old!
Grey’s Anatomy- While I haven’t watched Grey’s Anatomy onĀ TV every season, I had binge watched and seen every episode. I lost track the episode after the mid season finale this year, and caught up in a week. I watched the last few episodes of the season on TV. Even though this show has been on for 12 years, I still really enjoy it! I’m happy to be caught up for next season.
The Bachelorette- It’s that time of year again! I mentioned in my 30 things you might now know about me post how this franchise is my guilty pleasure, but I’m happy the new season has started! I really like Jojo on the last season of The Bachelor, and I hope she finds someone this season. My personal pick is Luke, so we will see how that pans out!
Gilmore Girls- I have been watching this since before February, and am sadly on the last season :(. I’m looking for suggestion for what I should watch next, so if you have any recommendations let me know in the comments! P.S. who is excited for Gilmore Girls to come back?! I know I am!
Toronto Blue Jays- I’m from just outside of Toronto, so the Blue Jays are my home team! Because summer is almost here and the TV pickings aren’t as great, I’m really enjoying watching baseball a few nights a week! I’m finding out just how much I like baseball, and I’m excited to be heading to a few more games this summer. Go Jays go!
Beauty
Loreal Paris Foundation- I recently tried this foundation, and am really liking it! I may need to go a little bit darker as my face tans, but I find this foundation applied really easily with my beauty blender. It’s not too thick so I barely feel like I’m wearing anything!
Clothing
Old Navy Pajama Shorts– I love these pajama pants and shorts! Again now that it is getting warmer, I’ve started wearing these shorts to bed. They are so light and comfortable, and the prints are adorable! I generally buy a few pairs when Old Navy has a good sale (which is most of the time).
Miscellaneous
Strawberries- This one is simple, and so delicious! I’ve been enjoying sliced strawberries in my lunch lately, and they are so good! If I’m feeling like a treat I’ll whip up some crepes with Strawberries and Nutella š
Ice Cream Sandwiches– These cookie ice cream sandwiches are amazing. So much better than the chocolate cookie kind that stick to your fingers! The cookies are soft too, which make them easier to recommend. A perfect treat during the warmer months!
iPhoneĀ 6s & Phone Case– In May I got a new phone! I used to have the iPhone 5s but I’m loving the size of my new one! I tend t watch a lot of YouTube on my phone so the screen size makes that a little easier! I am also really loving the phone case I picked out. It’s by Sonix, and I picked it up at Chapters. The pineapples are perfect for summer, and I love how durable it is!
The Tim Tracker– Lastly I thought I would start sharing some of the YouTubers I’ve been enjoying lately! I’d seen a couple of Tim’s videos a while ago, but really got into his channel this month. He and his wife live in Orlando so they go to Disney a lot which I enjoy watching. They also went to Disneyland a few months ago so I watched all of those videos. I’ve never been to Disneyland and I know it will be a while before I get there, but I don’t want to give too much away before I get there in person so I don’t watch too many videos on it. I definitely recommend checkingĀ out Tim’s channel, and also his wife’s! Tim also has an awesome moustache. š
