Hello everyone, and Happy November! I can’t believe another month has already gone by! It’s monthly favourites time again, and today I’m sharing some of my favourite things from the past month! From entertainment to beauty, and a recipe, I’m sharing it all! Okay, let’s get started!

Entertainment
Scrappy Little Nobody by Anna Kendrick– I put this ebook on hold through my library in maybe February, and it was finally my turn to read it! I’ve seen Anna Kendrick in a lot of movies, but didn’t really know much about her life, so I really enjoyed her book! She has a great sense of humour and has some funny stories, so her book was really fun to read. I think I finished it in just under two weeks, and I would definitely recommend it!
Will & Grace- Will & Grace is back! I watched the original show when it aired, and I love seeing these characters again! I wish we got to hear a little more about what has happened with everyone in the years between seasons, but it’s still just as funny!
The Handmaids Tale by Margaret Atwood– I read two books this month! I flew through The Handmaid’s Tale, and now I’m starting to watch the tv show. I think the book is fitting for the month of October because it’s eerie, but Margaret Atwood does such a good job of creating a whole world. I think the creepiest part is that it could actually happen. Not that I’m saying it’s a prediction, but it’s very easy to picture. I won’t give too much away because the whole story is complicated, but it’s definitely a good read!
YouTube
My New Channel! (A Sticker Obsession)- Did you guys know I started a new channel? It’s for when I eventually open a stick shop up on Etsy, but for now I’m posting weekly “Plan with me” videos on Mondays! If you are into planning like I am, definitely check it out! Shameless self promotion
Pretty Neat Living– I have followed Jen for almost two years now, and for some reason I didn’t want to share that I followed her. I think it’s because some of our content is similar, but I finally decided to share! I’ve watched her different channels as well, but I really enjoy her content! I’ve watched her since before she had her daughter Charlotte, and now she is expecting a baby boy in February! I linked her blog, but it also has links to her YouTube channel from there.
Beauty
Vichy Normaderm Skin Balance– I’ve mentioned before how red and bad my skin has been lately, and a little while ago I got a sample of this cream at a drugstore, and I found it helped! I ended up buying the full size, and have been using it for most of October! I find it’s smoothing my skin, and taking the bumps away from my chin and forehead. I’m slowly transitioning the face products I’m using to Aveeno, but I found this cream has made the biggest difference in the shortest amount of time!
Clothing
Moccasins in Cast Iron (colour)- So the story of how moccasins got on my radar is a little funny. I bought a sticker kit that had a little piece of clipart of a pair, and I just thought they were SO CUTE! Then I realized my slippers were pretty old, and I only paid $4 for them, and my feet are always cold, so I could use a pair! So I got this pair from Old Navy and I absolutely love them! I like that I got them in gray, so they are a little more subtle, but they are comfortable and keep my feet warm!
Food & Drink
Tea (from Steeped Tea)– Since the weather has been cooler lately, I’ve been enjoying a cup of tea at night, especially when I’m sitting at my desk editing videos and doing blog things! I recently got a bunch through my cousin who had a Steeped Tea store, and I love being able to try something new every time! Some of my favourites are from the fruit collection, and harvest spice!
Thai Red Curry– You might guess that this recipe comes from Cookie + Kate, and you’re right! What can I say, I’m digging her recipes! I’m not one for spicy food, but the red curry that we have made a few times in the last few months is so good! It just warms we up without setting my mouth on fire! Plus the kale and veggies make it fairly filling!
