Hello friends, I hope you are doing well today! I’m back with another house update, and I can tell you right away that things are not going as we planned. Today’s update will be short, but let’s jump in.
To recap, we bought our new build home in October 2016, with a closing date of October 2018. We didn’t think that closing date would be met, but hoped that it would be at some point in 2019. In 2018, we were delayed from October 2018 to January 2019, and from January 2019 to May 2019. This past April, we were delayed to January 2020.
We still don’t have a lot of information, but to get to the point we aren’t sure if we will end up moving into this house. I apologize for how vague this is, but for privacy I can’t go into too much detail. Maybe eventually I will share the story, but for now I will continue to share details as I can.
We still would potentially have appointments for any structural changes, and decor decisions that I will share if we get to that point, but I’m really not sure at this point if we will get there.
But, there is one positive thing that is coming from this… you might be able to guess! I’ll be sharing more closer to, but I’m excited!
