What to expect for entertainment
There are not any firework shows currently running, and there aren’t any parades at Epcot! There are character cavalcades happening randomly throughout the day so you can say hello to characters from a distance. Also there are some performers (Epcot Pianist, JAMMitors, and Music of Mexico), and you can find performance times in the My Disney Experience app.

Are all the different country representations open?

Yes all of the pavilions in Epcot are open, just some experiences might not be available. For example in Norway-Frozen Ever After and the shops are open but Akershus the restaurant with character dining is not open.
